The terms that apply to use of the Sailee Degree College website and services.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Sailee Degree College website (www.saileedegreecollege.com) and the admission, academic and related services offered by the College. By accessing the Website or applying for admission, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. About the College

Sailee Degree College, comprising Sailee Junior College (Science & Commerce) and Sailee Degree College, is run by Priyadarshinii Shaikshhanik & Samajik Vikas Mandal, Borivali West, Mumbai, and is affiliated to the University of Mumbai for its degree programmes.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the College, other users or the Website.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or its servers, introduce viruses or harmful code, or copy or scrape content for commercial use.
Information you submit through enquiry or admission forms must be true, accurate and complete.

4. Admissions

Admission is offered strictly on merit and eligibility, in line with the rules of the University of Mumbai, the Maharashtra State Government (including the FYJC CAP process for Junior College) and College policy.
Submitting an application or enquiry does not guarantee admission.
Admission is provisional until original documents are verified and fees are paid. The College may cancel admission if any information or document is found to be false or misleading.
Programme availability, seats, eligibility and fees may change as per University or Government directions.

5. Fees & Payments

Fees for each programme are published on the Fee Structure page and are payable as notified by the College Office.
Fees must be paid on time; late payment may attract a penalty or restrict access to examinations, results or certificates.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Student Conduct & Discipline

Students must follow the College rules, attendance requirements and code of conduct. Ragging, harassment, possession of prohibited substances, damage to property, misuse of the College name or any behaviour that disturbs the academic environment is strictly prohibited and may lead to disciplinary action, including suspension or cancellation of admission, and reporting to the authorities where required.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website – including text, logos, photographs, videos, graphics and layout – belongs to Sailee Degree College or is used with permission. It may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission from the College. Photographs and videos of college events may be used by the College for academic and promotional purposes.

8. Accuracy of Information

We try to keep the Website accurate and up to date, but notices, timetables, fees and dates may change without prior notice. Please confirm important details with the College Office. Applicable University and Government notifications will prevail over anything published on the Website.

9. Limitation of Liability
